What we check
Every check carries its source, the edition we read and the date. Everything we cannot check is named on the record, with the reason.

DENUE is INEGI’s national business directory. We check that the plant is listed at a physical address, with an activity code and a staff band, and we record the month it entered the directory.
Its limit. The DENUE date is when a plant entered the directory, not when it was founded.

The IMMEX directory lists companies authorised to import inputs duty-free for export manufacturing. We match each plant by name and postal code and record the program’s status and type.
Its limit. Plants run under a shelter company use the shelter’s program and name, so they will not match.

The SAT 69-B list names taxpayers presumed to have invoiced for operations that did not exist. We search it by exact name and record the edition we read.
Its limit. Without a tax ID we match by name. A possible match goes to a person and is never shown publicly.

IMMEX matching uses the plant’s name and postal code. Only exact matches on both reach a buyer as a match. Everything less certain waits for a person.
Not checked
No public source gives it. Neither DENUE nor the IMMEX directory publishes it.
Not part of the registry check. A certificate needs a hand lookup, dated on its own line.
Public bill-of-lading data covers ocean freight. Truck crossings are largely excluded.
Only a visit or an audit can tell you. We do not claim it.
