What we collect
When you join the waitlist we receive what you type into the form: your work email, your name, your company, whether you source from Mexico or run a plant there, what you are sourcing if you choose to say, and your consent. We collect nothing else through the form.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the pilot: to ask about the part you are sourcing and to send your shortlist, or, if you run a plant, to talk about your plant’s record. We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or rent your details.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form entries are stored by Netlify Forms, a service of Netlify, Inc. in the United States, which hosts this site. Diego Luján reads them. Our email provider carries any messages we exchange. No one else receives them.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry while the pilot runs. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Netlify, as the host, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
Plant records
Testigo builds plant records from public registries: INEGI’s DENUE, the IMMEX directory published on SNICE, and the SAT 69-B list. Contact details that appear in DENUE are not published on this site. A plant can ask us to correct its record at no cost.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send a note through the waitlist form on the home page and say what you need. We answer every request.
